Tallinn Music Week 2014 Kicks off in March
One of the largest music festivals in Estonia will take place from March 27th to March 29th. The Tallinn Music Week is a chance for visitors to experience 227 musical acts from more than 20 countries. There will also be 140 artists from Estonia taking part in Tallinn Music Week and this is a great chance to experience the local musical talent from Estonia.
Music includes everything from classical, rock, pop, and underground and should satisfy the musical taste buds of every individual.
The festival will take place at art galleries, museums, theatres, night clubs, record stores, restaurants, and cafes throughout the city and with a goal to promote awareness about the local music scene in Estonia. There will be 65 free concerts to enjoy at places such as the Viru Keskus shopping mall and the lobby bar of the Nordic Forum Hotel. With an expected crowd of 20,000 visitors, this event will be a highlight of the Spring season in Tallinn.
There will also be an International music industry conference about regional cooperation for musicians and local cultural policies in Estonia. There will also be discussions about artist management and business models for the global music industry.
