Experience the beauty of Estonian countryside on a fun hike with enthusiastic sled dogs combined with historic old town of Tallinn and a local lunch.
Following a scenic countryside drive, we are welcomed by the farm musher and friendly sled dogs ready for an unforgettable nature hike at the husky farm.
After learning about the everyday life at the farm, guests above 15-years of age will be attached to their new four-legged friend looking to explore the surroundings. Once back from an enjoyable walk on countryside trails, we will relax at the charming farm cottage with a cup of warm coffee/tea and a home-made pastry before returning to the city.
Tallinn old town is best explored on foot. For the next few hours we will relish in the captivating stories and legends of the mysterious medieval days in this 800-year old town. Winding cobbled streets of upper old town take us to striking view points and majestic buildings on Estonian Parliament and Nevsky Cathedral, as well as the delightful Danish King Garden and seat of the Government.
Lower old town however has a much more lively atmosphere to explore with countless street cafes and restaurants adding to their inviting touch to this once vibrant merchants market on the Town Hall Square. We will also stop by the legendary marzipan museum room for and the medieval pharmacy before taking a break for a short lunch break at a historic building.
Before returning to the cruise port, we will also enjoy a spot of free time for shopping, if desired and walk the inviting passage of St. Catherine towards the Viru Gates.
